BBQ Rules for the 2026 Netball Season
- You need to supply everything you need, including utensils, money float etc. We have a BBQ available to use, but the gas bottle supply is your responsibility. The cost to hire our BBQ is $50 and we will invoice you for this.
- You are welcome to provide your own BBQ if preferred.
- If you hire our BBQ – it must be cleaned after you have used it, so please ensure you finish cooking and have enough time for the BBQ to cool in order to be cleaned. A fee of $25 will be charged if the BBQ is not cleaned.
- You may use our tables for your stall, please clean and put away at the end of the day.
- You must sell and cook outside, under the veranda is fine. Please no fish or chicken to be cooked. The Pavilion kitchen is not to be used for preparation or cooking of food.
- You are responsible for all rubbish associated with your BBQ, including dropped food scraps around the Pavilion. Please ensure you remove all rubbish and the area is clean.
- You may sell other goods at your BBQ stall, sweets, home baking and cold drinks. But you cannot sell coffee, tea or hot chocolate. You cannot use crockpots for soup etc. (if you do want to sell food other than the above then please contact us first to make sure it is allowed.
- You may sell raffles from the table.
- The maximum selling price of a sausage is $2.50; it is possible to sell approx. 500 sausages – many schools/clubs run out early.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Cancellation procedure – if a competition date is cancelled then everything will get pushed out a week. ie: everyones scheduled date will get pushed to the following week.
